Wally Elsa Allende Oñate

Wally Elsa Allende Oñate has held several positions in the engineering and construction industry since 2009. In 2009, they held a Construction Assistant Internship at Salfacorp. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at TECHO | TETO, where they held the role of National Director of Permanent Construction Uruguay and Technical Project Coordinator. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Civil Engineer - Technical Representative at MontFrédo. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager and Business Development at CSI Ingenieros, where they contribute to forecasting future project scope, cost, and duration, determines business development opportunities, and coordinates communications between internal and external stakeholders.

Wally Elsa Allende Oñate obtained a Diploma in Business Communication from Greystone College in 2022-2023. In 2013, they completed a Diplomado en Administración y Dirección de Proyectos from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. From 2006-2011, they earned an Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles from Universidad Central (CL) with a focus in Gestión Inmobiliaria. In 2018, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification from the Project Management Institute.
