Dr. Abhishek Gupta is a Senior Scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation since November 2022, with extensive experience in academia and research. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Image Processing and Computer Vision from Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR-CSIO), a Master of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center. Research expertise focuses on Image Processing, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Processing.

Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO), a constituent unit of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), is a premier national laboratory dedicated to research, design and development of scientific and industrial instruments.
