Dr. Abhishek Gupta

Dr. Abhishek Gupta is a Senior Scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation since November 2022, with extensive experience in academia and research. Prior to this role, Dr. Gupta served as an Assistant Professor at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University from July 2017 to November 2022 and at Amity University from February 2016 to July 2017. Dr. Gupta began the professional career as a Senior Research Fellow at Central Scientific Instruments Organisation from August 2011 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Image Processing and Computer Vision from Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR-CSIO), a Master of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center. Research expertise focuses on Image Processing, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Processing.
