Kawalbir Singh

Kawalbir Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and product development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CSIR India since March 2022, Kawalbir leads the R&D of a direct recycling process for used lithium batteries, focusing on scaling from lab to commercial viability. As the Founder of Nexvolt at Rancor Energies Pvt Ltd, established in August 2019, Kawalbir drives innovation in battery designs for the electric three-wheeler market, particularly developing heat-proof solutions. Previous roles include Product Developer at Fill IT, where market analysis led to the creation of an app for on-demand fuel delivery, and at Ezzecare, where Kawalbir developed a platform to address health-related issues through Carebot and user medical profiles. Kawalbir holds a Master's degree in Science from IISER Bhopal and has foundational education from DAV Sen Sec School and Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School.
