Christiane Hjerrild

Christiane Hjerrild is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Senior Director of People and Culture at CSIS Security Group A/S since February 2022, Christiane is responsible for sustainability initiatives, HR strategy, recruitment, employee care, and compliance. Previously, in a role as Head of HR and Work Environment at Region Hovedstaden, strategic HR development and leadership were focal points. Christiane also led national HR operations at the Danish Refugee Council and held significant positions including Interim Director for Global HR at the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization, and Manager of the Secretariat at the Royal Danish Defence College. An alumnus of Copenhagen Business School, Christiane holds a master's degree in Business & Development Studies and a bachelor's degree in English, Spanish, and International Marketing.
