Chris Cook

Chris Cook is a strategy and policy executive with 30 years of combined civilian and military experience in national security, defense, finance, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and as Vice President of Government Affairs at Infleqtion, Chris has previously held significant roles including Professional Staff for the United States Senate and Deputy Associate Director for Legislative Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget. A seasoned leader and negotiator, Chris excels in crafting strategic policies and building coalitions to achieve positive outcomes across both Executive and Legislative branches. Additionally, Chris serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Naval Officer and is a Congressionally nominated Senior Fellow at the Stennis Center for Public Service.
