Cynthia Cook

Cynthia Cook is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where they focus on acquisition and industrial base analyses. Previously, they served as Senior Fellow and Director of the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at CSIS, and held roles at the RAND Corporation, including Associate Director for Project AIR FORCE and Director of the Acquisition and Technology Policy Center. Additionally, Cynthia worked as a Research Assistant at the Economic Policy Institute and as a Research Specialist for the Lean Aerospace Initiative at MIT. They are currently an Adjunct Professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and are pursuing their degree at Harvard University.
