David Parker is currently the Director of Japan Strategy at Strider Technologies and a PhD candidate at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies. Parker also serves as a Senior Associate (Non-Resident) in the Economics Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and as Vice Chair of the Economic Security Task Force for the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Previously, Parker worked as a Senior Analyst in International Economic Affairs at Aflac and as an Associate Fellow at CSIS. Parker holds a Master's degree in International Economics from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from Tufts University.
