With a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, they have held senior positions at USAID, CSIS, and various NGOs, focusing on policy analysis and scalable program impact. They currently serve as a Senior Adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and as a Senior Subject Matter Expert for CGIAR. Julie has played a pivotal role in advancing U.S. foreign assistance strategies and enhancing food security programs globally.
