Ray Cai is currently an Associate Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), focusing on economic statecraft and the energy transition. In addition, Ray serves as a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. Ray is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Boston College, a Master of Public Administration at Columbia University, and is also affiliated with the Stevenson School and The University of Auckland.
