The Clinical and Health Services Team at CSI Youth provides comprehensive health and wellness support to youth under 18. They are responsible for delivering mental health services, medical care, substance abuse treatment, and other therapeutic interventions. The team ensures quality and compliance with standards to maintain effective and compassionate care for the individuals and families they serve.

They provide support across multiple regions, handle administrative tasks, and ensure that day-to-day operations align with the organization's mission and objectives.

The Program Coordination Team at CSI Youth is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various programs aimed at supporting and empowering youth. This includes coordinating prevention and education efforts, overseeing foster care and treatment programs, and providing services focused on substance abuse, mental health, juvenile justice, tutoring, mentoring, vocational training, and character development. The team ensures that all programs are effectively executed and meet the needs of the youth and families they serve.

The VP of Programs focuses on developing and managing service offerings, the VP of Finance handles budgeting and financial planning, and the VP of Philanthropy spearheads fundraising and donor relations.
