Ben Gunther

Ben Gunther is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as Project Manager at CSL Consulting, LLC since July 2023, Ben oversees a diverse range of projects in the education, healthcare, life sciences, and corporate sectors. Previously, Ben was Co-Founder and COO of The Business District, a luxury shared workspace recognized for its exceptional design and service, earning a perfect 5-star rating on Google and features in notable publications. Ben's engineering background includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer at SIMON DESIGN ENGINEERING and Hybrid Parking Solutions, focusing on planning and delivering innovative parking facilities. Earlier experience includes positions at Zaldastani Associates and GEI Consultants, where Ben specialized in structural design and geotechnical engineering. Ben holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
