Jeffrey Ball

Jeffrey Ball is currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at CSL, where they lead the company’s sustainability initiatives and integrate network strategy with a focus on safety. Previously, they held various senior leadership roles at CSL, including SVP of Network Strategy & Operational Excellence and Enterprise EHS, where they were responsible for operational excellence and strategic program delivery. Before their tenure at CSL, Jeffrey worked at Aspen Aerogels as an Executive Officer of Operations and at Amgen as Head of Manufacturing. They earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and a MS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
