Jessica Volk

Jessica Volk currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Insight at CSL, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where tenure spanned from August 2011 to July 2025, including positions as Senior Associate and Lead Associate. At Booz Allen, Jessica was instrumental in building and managing a diverse consulting portfolio for the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health, achieving significant growth and enhancing client relationships. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Marketing and Communication Officer at the Academy for Educational Development and as a Senior Communications Assistant at Management Sciences for Health. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Smith College and a Master of Science in Health Communication from Boston University.
