Michael Nielsen is a seasoned leader in engineering and project management with over 25 years of experience in enhancing corporate performance and managing capital projects. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Project Controls at CSL, they are responsible for establishing a globally recognized Project Controls organization. Previously, Michael held key roles at AstraZeneca and Merck, where they excelled in leading complex projects and implementing business process improvements. An accomplished entrepreneur, Michael is also the founder and president of Nielsen Enterprises, LLC. They hold a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from Manhattan College.
