Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas currently serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards Partnership and Delivery at CSL, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Royal Mail as the Head of Compensation and Benefits and Head of Compensation from September 2023 to September 2025. Before that, Paul was the Reward Director at BT from May 2022 to September 2023, providing strategic guidance for various business units. Paul also held the position of Reward Director for BT's Openreach and Enterprise divisions from June 2019 to February 2022. In earlier roles, Paul was the Head of Reward at Simplyhealth, and held various positions at Vodafone UK, including UK Compensation & Benefits Manager and Reward Consultant. Paul began a career in sales at British Gas before transitioning into reward management, gaining significant experience in developing and enhancing reward strategies across multiple organizations.
