Samuel Jackson currently serves as a Senior Manufacturing Manager at CSL Behring since March 2021, overseeing the K-C Fractionation Value Stream to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and timely production of therapeutic human plasma products. With experience in managing substantial teams across various companies, including roles as Plant Manager at SIGAN AMERICA, LLC, and Manufacturing Manager at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Samuel has a proven track record in enhancing productivity and reducing operational inefficiencies. Notable accomplishments include developing and managing annual budgets, leading high-impact projects that resulted in significant cost savings, and enhancing compliance and efficiency in production processes. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, Samuel gained valuable leadership experience in the United States Air Force. Education includes certifications in Geodetic Survey and a diploma in Military and Strategic Leadership.
