Sara Proctor

Sara Proctor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operations, payroll, and programme management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Payroll at CSL Behring since March 2018, Sara also held roles as Director of HR Operations & Payroll and HR Process Programme Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at Microsoft from May 2016 to July 2017 and Programme Manager at BG Group between October 2011 and April 2014, where Sara was responsible for managing portfolio programmes for various technology projects. Additionally, Sara worked at BG Group from June 2004 to August 2010 as HR Business Solutions Manager, facilitating technology-enabled business solutions for HR. Earlier roles include HR Systems & Projects Manager and Project Manager at First National Bank from 1997 to 2001. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economic & Social History from the University of Exeter, earned between 1989 and 1992.
