Shuji G. is an experienced professional in the field of regulatory affairs and project management within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director and Regional TA Lead for Regulatory Affairs at CSL since March 2025, Shuji previously held the position of Project Director at Fortrea from May 2023 to February 2025. Over the years, Shuji has accumulated extensive experience at organizations such as Labcorp Drug Development, Luye Life Sciences Group Japan Co., Ltd., and Eli Lilly Japan K.K., progressing through various managerial roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, along with a Master’s Degree in Medicinal Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Kumamoto University.
