Arm® Linda Phonsavanh

Linda Phonsavanh, ARM®, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Area Manager for CSM Corporation, overseeing Mill City Apartments and Altitude Residences since March 2006. Linda has also held the position of Community Manager at Mill City Apartments, earning accolades such as the J Turner Elite 1% ORA and Apartment Ratings Top Rated Communities. Starting career with CSM as a Caretaker, Linda developed a comprehensive skill set in the multifamily housing industry. In addition to managing residential properties, Linda has worked as an Independent Consultant since December 2016, providing expertise in various areas including property management and marketing. Prior experience includes roles in production and supervision at Imagine! Print Solutions and Cabot Creamery. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Minneapolis College, Linda continues to build on an extensive foundation in the field.
