Carlo A. Casoria

Carlo has diversified construction experience for over 40 years primarily in construction inspection and contract administration. His career began as a New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Highway Engineer and eventually embarked on long relationships with construction agencies such as the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) and the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC). While administering projects with those agencies, many such contracts included extensive participation and joint coordination with other City agencies such as the Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), Department of Parks & Recreation, Department of Sanitation (NYCDOS), and Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). After a diversified career in the public sector, Carlo entered the private sector and participated in the management and administration of construction projects involving various agencies.
