Joe Sullivan currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Wasserman Live, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Joe has accumulated extensive experience in technical production, including a long tenure as Senior AV Lead and Manager of Technical Production at CSM Production, where responsibilities encompassed managing production teams and leading live events. Early career roles involved technical production coordination at JHE Production Group, where Joe focused on sound for live events, and various positions at Full Sail University, gaining foundational skills in audio, video, and lighting equipment maintenance and event production. Joe’s freelance work as an audio engineer and contractor further bolstered expertise in event production, highlighted by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Show Production & Touring from Full Sail University.
