Vinny Badolato

Vinny Badolato serves as the Education Program Director at Voqal since September 2016, leading the Education Opportunity Project to reduce educational opportunity gaps through innovation and policy change. Currently, Vinny also holds the position of Education Venture Fund Director at CSMlearn since June 2018. Prior roles include Advisory Council Member at Village Capital, Education Advisory Board Member for Education Modified, and Board Member for Merage Foundations. As Strategic Partnerships Director for both Merage Foundations and Early Learning Ventures, Vinny focused on early childhood development and business operations for childcare providers. Previous experience includes Vice President of Jobs at Hope Street Group, Jobs & Workforce Policy Director for Colorado League of Charter Schools, Education Policy Specialist at the National Conference of State Legislatures, and Program Associate at the Alliance for Quality Teaching. Educational qualifications include an MA in Education Foundations, Policy and Practice from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University, and a BA in History from The George Washington University.
