Marek Nezveda

Marek Nezveda has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role was as the Chief Risk Officer at ČSOB Finančná skupina, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at ČSOB, including Chief Executive Internal Audit and Inspection, Head of Internal Audit and Inspection, Director of Life Insurance Division, CFRO and Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, and Director of Life Back Office.

In addition to their roles at ČSOB, Marek Nezveda also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Supervisory Board at CSOB Insurance Slovakia. Marek was also a Member of the Board of Directors at Hockey Club CSOB Pojistovna Pardubice.

Before joining ČSOB, Marek Nezveda worked at KBC Group as a Competence Coordinator, at ABN AMRO Pension Fund as a CFO, and at Ernst and Young as an Audit Supervisor.

Marek Nezveda completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Masaryk University Brno from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium Mor.Krumlov for their secondary education from 1988 to 1991. Marek Nezveda also holds a certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), although the specific period of obtaining the certification is unknown.
