Jan Zubíček

Jan Zubíček is an experienced professional in the fields of product ownership, architecture, and business analysis, currently serving as a Product Owner for MyKate at ČSOB since November 2015, focusing on enhancing employee experience through data and AI. With a background as a Lead Architect for Kate, Jan played a crucial role in transforming organizational practices by founding and leading the team and initiating an in-house start-up culture. Additional expertise includes business architecture, developing AI and machine learning solutions, and leading projects centered around paperless operations and biometric document signing. Previous roles include Senior Analyst/Consultant at Softec, Web Development Team Lead at BONICOM s.r.o., and freelance programmer. Jan holds a degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Prague University of Economics and Business.
