Josef Prokopec

Josef Prokopec is an experienced Product Manager with a solid background in the banking sector, currently serving at CSOB since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Customer Journey Expert and Product Management Specialist at Česká spořitelna, where responsibilities included the modernization of digital credit applications, UX design, and the management of customer journeys within an Agile framework. Josef has also held positions at Komercni banka, Raiffeisenbank, and Citibank, focusing on product development, process optimization, and sales effectiveness. Josef holds a degree in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business, completed in 2003.
