Pavel Wasserbauer

Pavel Wasserbauer is an experienced professional in IT and operational risk management, currently serving as the Local Operational Risk and Compliance Manager for CSOB IT since October 2015, where responsibilities include operational risk analysis and management for the IT department. Prior to this role, Pavel worked as a Process Manager at KBC Bank, focusing on incident, problem, and change management processes, and held positions such as Senior Head of System Delivery Department at T-Mobile Czech Republic, IT Business Support Manager at Ahold Central Europe, and Owner of Digital Connection, where significant achievements included leading JAVA mobile development projects and successfully selling the company. Earlier career milestones include serving as Head of IT Department at P. Dussmann, overseeing IT governance and ERP system migration, and as Head of Technical Support and IT at Comtron, providing support for Radio Free Europe. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Operational Research and Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
