Dawn Roberts

Dawn Roberts, PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at CSols Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing company benefits, onboarding, training, and various HR functions while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance communication and employee satisfaction. Previously, from January 2003 to July 2020, Dawn worked as a Human Resources Associate at the International Literacy Association, starting as a temporary employee managing conference registrations and later transitioning to a full-time role in the call center. Dawn holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University (2001-2004) and an A.S. in Word Information Processing from Goldey-Beacom College (1990-1992).
