Sarah During Leaman

Sarah Leaman, PHR, currently serves as HR Compliance Manager at Gypsum Management and Supply, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Sarah held a dual role as HR & Payroll Manager at Tamarack Materials, Inc. and HR Generalist for GMS Midwest & Central from November 2022 to June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Assistant for the City of Mason City from September 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, drug testing program management, and workplace injury documentation. Earlier in career, Sarah spent over eight years at Orange Tree Employment Screening, advancing from Verifying Specialist to Director of Operations, managing team performance, onboarding, and system enhancements. Sarah holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Hamilton College, earned in 2004-2005.
