Lisa Richard, MBA, PMP, is an experienced leader in the fields of data analytics and health information technology. Currently serving as the Director of New Ventures/Data and Analytics at CSols, Inc. since April 2021, Lisa also founded Hanako Consulting LLC in January 2018 and co-founded The Sebass Foundation in September 2017. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at ResultWorks, LLC, and various positions at Dovel Technologies, where responsibilities included Vice President of Health IT and program management. Lisa's extensive background includes significant accomplishments at Bristol Myers Squibb, where as Global LIMS Program Manager, crucially turned around a failing project and managed large budgets. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston University, complemented by ongoing contributions to health technology and consulting initiatives.
