Robert E. Mullins

Robert E. Mullins, PhD, currently serves as Senior Managing Director at CSP Associates and is a member of the Industry Advisory Group for Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, focusing on Basic Industries. With extensive experience in corporate strategy and development, Robert held significant leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise strategy and growth for a leading global defense company. Robert has also served as Executive Vice President at Cobham, Senior Vice President at ATK, and various strategic positions at Northrop Grumman. A former Special Assistant to the Director at the RAND Corporation, Robert's academic credentials include a PhD in War Studies from King's College London, as well as degrees in International Affairs and Government from the University of Pittsburgh and Franklin & Marshall College, respectively. Additionally, Robert completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
