Cathy Horton possesses extensive experience in business development and operational leadership within the call center industry. Currently serving as a Business Developer at Computer Service Partners since August 2009, Cathy previously held the position of President at Leadsource1, LLC from July 2004 to December 2008, where management of a nationwide network of sales support agents was key. Prior to that, from December 1989 to July 2004, Cathy worked as the Owner of CMH Enterprises, Inc., overseeing a 200-seat call center.
