CHARLES A. WILLIAMS

Charles A. Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. CHARLES A. began their career in 2006 as a Sales Associate for Southern States Group, where they provided customer service and sales support. In 2007, they transitioned to Auction Direct USA, where they served as a Floor Manager, responsible for managing associates and overseeing sales floor activities.

In 2010, Charles joined Time Warner Cable as a Telesales representative, where they provided quality customer service over the phone and met departmental goals. CHARLES A. later moved to Cisco, starting as an Analyst and subsequently taking on roles such as Tier 2 Desktop Support and Engineering Accounts Application. During their time at Cisco, they provided technical support and troubleshooting for various applications and software, managed call queues, and attended weekly meetings.

In 2018, Charles joined 2nd Watch as a Cloud Operations Engineer, focusing on cloud infrastructure management and maintenance. CHARLES A. then joined Investors Title Insurance Company in 2019 as a Support Technician, providing technical assistance to users.

In 2022, Charles joined Medicago via Tekniforce as an IT System Support Technician II, where they provided system support and maintenance. Currently, they are working at CSP, Inc. as a Client Engineer II. Overall, Charles A. Williams has gained extensive experience in customer service, technical support, sales management, and IT systems support throughout their career.

Charles A. Williams pursued an education in various fields over the years. In 1992, they attended Saint Augustine's College where they studied Criminal Justice. Later, they attended North Carolina State University but the specific dates are not available, where they focused on Information Technology/Computer Science. In 2009, they briefly attended North Carolina State University again for the same field of study. In 2023, they enrolled in Wake Technical Community College to complete a course in Cisco Certified Network Associate, specializing in Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation. In the same year, Charles obtained several certifications from Cisco, including CCNA in Introduction to Networks, CCNA in Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials, and CCNA in Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation.
