Esther Ivory

Esther Ivory has work experience as a Project Director at CSR, Incorporated and as a Consultant at American Management Systems (AMS) from 1989 to 1998.

Esther Ivory has a BA degree in Government and International Relations, as well as Computer Applications, from the University of Notre Dame. Esther also holds an MS degree in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
