Ashwin Naidu

Ashwin Naidu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently serving as the Group Supply Planning Manager at CSR Limited since August 2023, Ashwin has previously held significant roles including National Supply Manager at Goodman Fielder, Supply Chain Improvement Manager at Mars, and Supply Chain & Planning Manager at Brightstar Corp. Ashwin's career began at Fiji Sugar Corporation Limited as a Production Manager, with additional experience in various management positions across different organizations such as British American Tobacco and Spotless (NZ) Ltd. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology/Physics from the University of the South Pacific and has pursued further studies at the New Zealand Institute of Management.
