Pamella Mwale

Pamella Mwale is a seasoned Supply Chain Manager at Helios Towers since August 2022, responsible for creating and implementing procurement strategies to enhance operational performance, manage strategic sourcing, and maintain supplier relationships. Previously, Pamella served as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Innovation Group South Africa from June 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included vendor management, local sourcing opportunities, and contract negotiations. Pamella has also held roles as a Sourcing Buyer, Vendor Management Specialist, and Audit Administrator, demonstrating extensive experience in supply chain and procurement processes. Pamella holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management from Regent Business School and a Public Relations National Diploma from the University of South Africa.
