Paul Dalton

Paul Dalton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and innovation within the construction and materials industries. Currently serving as Executive General Manager of Interior Systems at CSR Limited since September 2020, Paul previously held the role of Director at Dalton Advisory, where advice was provided to businesses on strategy and leadership integration. Notably, during a 12-year tenure at Boral, Paul advanced from National General Manager to Executive General Manager, overseeing substantial initiatives in transformation across supply chain operations and delivering significant EBIT value. Paul holds an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School, an M.B.A. from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
