Justin Litchfield

Justin Litchfield is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in talent acquisition, cybersecurity, and business development. As CEO of Expansion since September 2017, Justin focuses on global talent search and selection to build successful businesses. In September 2023, Justin co-founded CSR5 Global Incorporated, providing affordable cybersecurity solutions for small to medium businesses. Additionally, Justin serves as an angel investor and advisor at Ctrl, delivering aerial industrial data solutions in Canada. Justin's previous role as President of Cyber Security Global Alliance included promoting cybersecurity awareness and education. Prior to these roles, Justin founded and operated Advantage Painting, a premium painting business. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics with a Minor in Applied Information Technology from the University of Windsor.
