Cynthia Figge has an extensive career in business and sustainability. Cynthia began their career in 1991 as Vice President of New Services for McCaw Cellular and LIN Broadcasting. In 1996, they became Partner and Cofounder of EKOS International, one of the leading management consulting firms in integrating sustainability and business strategy and innovation. Cynthia co-led two EKOS study missions to Europe benchmarking leading companies in sustainability. In 2000, they became Past Board President of Sustainable Seattle, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the Seattle area and residents become sustainable. Cynthia served on the board until 2008. In 2006, they cofounded Arrowsmith Technologies Corporation, a seed-stage, Seattle based biotechnology company. In 2007, they became CEO and Co-founder of CSRHub LLC. Most recently, in 2019, they became an Independent Board Director of CleanFiber.
Cynthia Figge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Lawrence University.
