Brian Budd is an experienced professional in architecture and design, currently serving as the LCTCS Program Director and Program Manager for the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board Flood Disaster Recovery Program at CSRS since September 2016. Previous experience includes owning b2 design from November 2006 to October 2014, focusing on commercial and residential design, construction, project management, and drafting services. Brian also held positions as Operations/Business Director at Lee Consulting Engineers, Inc., Professional in Residence at Louisiana State University, and Project Manager at Le Architect, LLC. Early career roles involved project management and preparation of construction documents at Montgomery and Waquespack Architects and Al Jones Architect. Educational credentials include two architecture bachelor's degrees from Louisiana State University and training from Baton Rouge Regional Vocational School.
