Ronna Earls

Ronna Earls is a Senior Right of Way Agent at CSRS, where they currently apply their extensive experience in relocation and project management. Prior to this role, Ronna held various positions including Relocation Manager at Gulf Coast Property Acquisition, Inc. and O. R. Colan Associates of Florida, as well as Project Manager at Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. Ronna's career also includes consultancy experience with the Florida Department of Transportation, and they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Florida. Ronna has been integral in overseeing numerous projects throughout their career, which spans several decades in the field.
