Sheldon C. Perkins, MPA, PMP, is a retired Major who served in the Louisiana Army National Guard for over two decades. Sheldon C. also had a successful career working for the State of Louisiana in various government roles until their retirement. Currently, Sheldon C. is utilizing their project management skills as a Project Manager at CSRS. Perkins holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Louisiana State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
