Stokka Brown, MS, PE, CFM is currently the Principal and Water Resource Engineering Practice Lead at CSRS. Stokka has extensive experience as a Licensed Professional Engineer specializing in coastal and riverine hydraulics and hydrology. Prior to their current role, Stokka held positions at companies such as Louisiana Water Resource Services, LLC, Natural Resource Professionals, Moffatt & Nichol, Fenstermaker, and the Center for Louisiana Inland Water Studies. Mr. Brown holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
