Andrea Berlinger Schwyter

Andrea Berlinger Schwyter serves as a member of the Board of Directors for CSS since April 2023 and holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors at Switzerland Innovation Park Ost since October 2021. As the President of Industrie- und Handelskammer IHK St.Gallen-Appenzell since May 2019, and currently the President of Berlinger Special AG since January 1997, Andrea has extensive leadership experience. Additionally, from August 1992 to August 2024, Andrea served as President of Berlinger & Co. AG, progressing from Marketing & Sales in the early years to co-CEO by 2008, and leading in succession planning for an acquisition by Sensitech Inc. Andrea's board experience extends to Oertli Instrumente AG from January 2020 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include a corporate governance degree from Swiss Board School and further studies in entrepreneurship and commerce.
