VP Project Delivery And NSI US Liaison at CSS Commerce

Kay Winkler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2019, they have been serving as the VP of Chapter Services at ABPMP - Association of BPM Professionals International, where they are responsible for creating and supporting chapters globally, connecting BPM professionals, and facilitating the recruitment of new members. Prior to this, from 2017, Kay was the Founder and President of ABPMP CENTRAL AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN, where they managed commercial development and professional services in BPM and ECM solutions. In 2011, they became a Partner and Managing Director at NSI Soluciones, and later in 2019, they worked as the VP of Project Delivery and NSI US Liaison at CSS Commerce. Kay also has experience in academia, holding the position of Associate Professor at ADEN University and Aden Business School since 2018. In 2014, they founded and served as the President of ABPMP Panama, focusing on sharing knowledge and enhancing regional BPM project results. Prior to these roles, they worked at Ultimus as Professional Service Director and Senior PS Manager, managing key accounts, commercial development, and project management for various clients. Kay also has experience as a Freelancer.

Kay Winkler holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Panamá, which they completed from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained an MBA degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, specializing in Project Management, Finance Management, HR Management, and Marketing, during the period of 2002 to 2004. In 1997, they studied Economy at Universität Greifswald, and they completed their high school education in Economy and Law at Fachgymnasium für Wirtschaft und Recht from 1994 to 1997. Kay also pursued Lean Agile and Kanban studies at Shojiki Solutions for a brief period in 2011.
