Léa Gondian is an experienced building energy engineer with a background in thermal engineering and building performance evaluation. They worked as a research engineer at CNRS from 2019 to 2020, focusing on performance indicators for individual homes. From 2020 to 2023, Léa served as a thermal engineer at Lancey Energy Storage and is currently employed as a Research and Expertise Engineer at CSTB. They earned a doctorate in Civil Engineering and Habitat Sciences from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, where they also completed a Master’s degree in Renewable Energies and Intelligent Systems.
