Olivier Janier Dubry

Olivier JANIER DUBRY is the founder and owner of PARTNER ENGINEERING SA, where expertise includes the design, manufacturing, and installation of Composite Cement Glass (CCV) elements and ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete, with a focus on exterior facade cladding and insulation. Since June 2017, Olivier serves as an expert at CSTB, contributing to groups of specialists representing various building professions, appointed to formulate Technical Opinions. Additionally, Olivier holds the rank of lieutenant-colonel in Gendarmerie Nationale and has served as a consular judge at the Tribunal de Commerce, as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Reims, where responsibilities included public market commissions and presiding over the commission for preventing business difficulties. Educational accomplishments include a DUT in GEA from Université de Besançon, a Baccalauréat from Lycée Francais de Tunis, and training at École Nationale de la Magistrature.
