Dorothy Maffei Mph

Dorothy Maffei, MPH, currently serves as a CSTE/CDC Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dorothy gained valuable experience as an Urban Wildlife and Public Health Intern at Lincoln Park Zoo from June 2020 to October 2021 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Healthy Equity Research Chicago (CHER) from March 2020 to October 2021. Dorothy holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the same institution, completed in 2019.
