Elandis Miller

Elandis Miller, MPH, possesses extensive experience in public health evaluation and program management, currently serving as Senior Evaluation Program Analyst and Community of Culture and Connectedness Co-Chair at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since August 2017. In this role, Elandis conducts surveys and evaluations to enhance programs supporting state health departments and collaborates with public health officials to improve practice planning. As the Founder and Chief Image Consultant at Arelia's Dream since October 2015, Elandis manages daily operations of a women's fashion showroom while researching trends for seasonal buying. Previous positions include Ryan White Database Manager/Epidemiologist 3 at the Georgia Department of Public Health, where Elandis managed data systems and prepared impactful reports, and various roles at Messages of Empowerment Productions, LLC, focusing on social epidemiology and data management. Elandis holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.
