Elandis Miller, MPH, possesses extensive experience in public health evaluation and program management, currently serving as Senior Evaluation Program Analyst and Community of Culture and Connectedness Co-Chair at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since August 2017. In this role, Elandis conducts surveys and evaluations to enhance programs supporting state health departments and collaborates with public health officials to improve practice planning. As the Founder and Chief Image Consultant at Arelia's Dream since October 2015, Elandis manages daily operations of a women's fashion showroom while researching trends for seasonal buying.
