Rachael Singer

Rachael Singer currently serves as a Senior Program Analyst at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since June 2022. Previously, Rachael was a CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Texas Department of State Health Services from August 2020 to July 2022. Rachael holds a PhD in Public Policy from The University of Texas at Austin, where Rachael also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and engaged in research from August 2015 to August 2020. Rachael's public health experience includes roles as a Public Health Educator at the Allegheny County Health Department and as an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator at Squirrel Hill Health Center, along with an internship in Emergency Preparedness & Response at the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. Rachael earned a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Public Health from Hampshire College.
