The Epidemiology and Public Health team at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) is pivotal in advancing public health policy and bolstering epidemiologic capacity across member states and territories. This team, comprising fellows and senior program analysts specializing in various domains such as infectious diseases, environmental health, and public health informatics, provides critical technical advice, training, and support. They enhance public health surveillance, develop effective epidemiologic practices, and facilitate peer consultations, ensuring that public health initiatives and policies are data-driven and impactful.
